The Dignity Project, DBA: Well Grounded Coffee Community, was founded in 2019 with a vision of walking alongside marginalized women in Dallas toward life transformation. We opened the doors to our first coffee house in November of 2020, our second in April 2024, and have helped many women with job skills, transportation and education. The women have experienced trauma, abuse, prison, addiction, and homelessness. The goal is to provide job skills/income, reliable transportation, and education, all with a foundation of faith. We are a sisterhood and a safe place to heal and grow.
